Mary Bonomo is an award-winning art director based in Rochester, New York, possessing over a decade of extensive experience working for both agencies and in-house design roles. With a robust background in crafting compelling advertising campaigns intended to effectively drive sales for notable clients like Wegmans, Constellation Brands, and New Era Cap, Mary’s unique approach to design is fundamentally rooted in discovering innovative solutions, even for the most commonplace of projects. Her strengths and expertise lie in various domains, including typography, art direction, marketing design, creative concepting, and strategic thinking. A dedicated lifelong learner, Mary’s passion for higher education extends far beyond her current role, as she has also served as an interim professor of design at Nazareth University for six semesters. During that time, she taught the essential principles of design while ensuring she remained up to date on the topics that mattered most to the emerging generation of college students.

Along with her enduring love for all things design-related, Mary is an enthusiastic marathon runner who finds great joy in reading, trying every pizza she can, passionately rooting for the Buffalo Bills alongside her husband, Kyle, and visiting family in her cherished hometown of Utica, NY. Additionally, she is a devoted sewist who relishes in the art of quilting on the weekend.
